New Displayable Title: Guild
I was thinking about titles today for some reason and decided this might be a good idea.
What It Does:
Displays Guild Name Under Your Character
What It Doesn't:
Count As A Max Title
edit:
Since this title would allow people to possibly display inappropriate guild names, it would be nice to also add onto the Report System to allow it to report guild names.
edit2:
In order to discourage people from creating fake title guilds I suggest dropping down the guild tag when the title is displayed so that it is behind the guild name and not the character name.
Ex.
--------
It might seem kinda dumb but I figured it'd be something neat and might be a way to get your guild name out and known in-game rather than just from forums. Plus you see so many duplicate tags it'd be nice to see some individuality.
Okay sign this now

Your guild is already displayed on the right side of your name. Not really any need to have it as a title so /notsigned sorry

there are tons of duplicate tags, and its impossible to distinguish guilds based on them.

Nick, that's just your guild tag, and mabye guilds have duplicate tags.
I think it would be a cool idea.. mabye even the option of having leader/officer after your guild name too?

I don't see why not, especially if its not counted as a max title. I'm guessing that as soon as you join a guild, the title appears in the title selection as the guild's name.

I like it - I'd add an option (aka not required) to show if you're an officer in case people want to join your guild, kinda like Sparky said above.

Great idea. With this in place you can now share your great guild name(which some people take hours or even days to come up with one) to the GW ingame community.

eh not overly fussed, but thats because i'm not in a guild anymore - i don't play enough to warrant being in one.
wouldn't complain if it got added, wouldn't care if it didn't either.
i guess /signed to add to the list.

I would use this to make my own titles rather than support my guild.

Exploiter, unless you want to see the person's displayed title by hovering your mouse over their name, you're not going to see XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX under it. I think this is a rather ok idea, so /signed

the only problem being that high end guilds will get overwhelm'ed with whispers, but then i suppose they already do...

Nice! I'd love it. At least something simple, that doesn't require grinding, and it's for fun.
Anyway, I don't display any titles, as they don't mean anything anymore...
Unless it's "Canthan explorer"... In HA. ;)
So I like the idea.

Maybe you could have a different coloured guild name there if you were a leader or officer?
That way it wouldn't be to long.

Wouldn't people exploit this and make guid names like
'God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals' I know the (6) couldn't be there, but still, you get my point.
